Your Role:
As a Welder and Fabricator, you will:
Expertly weld and fabricate metal components, plasma cut parts, and assemblies according to specifications and ideas.
Collaborate with our team to bring creative concepts to life.
Ensure the highest quality standards are met, producing work that exceeds client expectations.
Problem-solve and troubleshoot any challenges that arise during the fabrication process.
Contribute your insights and ideas to continually improve our processes.
Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Welder and Fabricator
Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick, etc.) and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to best practices.
