How Do You Make A Carbon Fiber Part?
It’s similar, but not quite the same as fiberglass. Carbon Fiber is a woven mat, and keeping the mat lying perfectly straight is the name of the game. To ensure this, we lay out the mat out over our mold and then use a vacuum to slowly pull resin into the part. Watch the video below to hear it from the boss himself!
And if you’re really clever, you can bring it all together to make a hood that’s under ten pounds!
