1963 Corvette RestoMod is continuing to make progress!
Corey and Steve have been working on the body daily, filling here, sanding there. Doing everything it takes to make sure the body is absolutely perfect. Steve has also started to fabricate some custom fiberglass close out panels for the inner front fenders. This will reduce the gap between the upper control arm and the inner front fender without impeding on the travel of the control arm.
1960 Corvette is coming together!
Last week we received a huge order for the 1960 Corvette so we can move forward with the assembly. Ed started with masking and blacking out all of the necessary areas such as the door hinge pockets, wheel wells, and engine compartment. The next step he took was installing the front chrome, running lights, and headlight buckets. A new engine wiring harness has been installed, along with a new dash harness and dash pad. This assembly should take no time!!
1981 Corvette
This 1981 is proudly owned by one of our great customers that comes to us every year for his storage and all of his maintenance needs. Sometime last year, he acquired some headlight bulbs which had a “halo” light around the perimeter of the bulb and had us install them. After running with them for a year, he decided that he didn’t like them after all. Before he puts her away in storage for the winter, he requested that we remove the halos and replace them with standard bulbs. He also requested that we replace all of the vehicle fluids before the next season.
