First off, we have taken on a student from Saginaw Career Complex. Say Hello to Jonathan! He is enrolled in the Automotive Collision Repair and Refinish program and is shadowing us this week.

Repairs have been started on the 1959 Corvette. Josh has taken the heater box apart, cleaned it up, rebuilt and repainted it. He has also rebuilt and repainted the brake master cylinder. We have also repaired a spot on the firewall with new fiberglass mat and resin. Josh is now in the process of installing new firewall insulation.
On the 1965 Corvette, it seems as if the sanding never ends! We have been sanding and placing body filler as needed with the intention of getting it in primer by the end of the week. We have also removed most of the interior which was a bit worn out, it will now get new carpet.
